- Your tap water is treated at a multi-process filtration plant and should be clear; if it is not, call us at 778-797-2246.
- Do not drink discolored water, which can occur from such things as water main leaks or breaks.
- If water is discolored, run the cold tap for several minutes until clear. if after 20 minutes the water is still not clear, call us at 778-797-2246.
- In the event of a water main break, details about any related service interruptions will be posted here.
- Watermain flushing can cause also temporary discoloration, which should clear after the cold tap runs for several minutes.
