To view webcasts, click on the council meeting date and scroll down to the video link:

1. Go to westkelownacity.ca/councilcommittee
2. Select the past meeting date from the calendar
3. Click on Regular Council Meeting
4. Click on the video link at the bottom of the webpage to watch the archived webcast
5. Alternatively, click the HTML agenda to view the archived webcast with timestamped agenda items
